Understanding People. Growing Through Connection.
My Compeer Financial Client Experience Journey
Version 1:
One-Pager
Internal Team Page
Extra Materials Made for the Use of the Internal Page
I extended this work into three new internal tools: the CX One-Pager, CX Packet presentation, and “Work with CX at Compeer” project request form. Together, they give the CX team clear ways to introduce their work, guide conversations, and capture organizational needs. The one-pager provides a quick overview, the packet supports deeper discussions, and the request form creates a more organized starting point for new projects. I developed each through research, feedback, and iteration to create a consistent, easy-to-use toolkit.
Version 2:
I redesigned Compeer’s Client Experience (CX) SharePoint page as a clear entry point for employees, not a place to explain everything CX does. I prioritized the information they needed most: what CX is, how we can help, when to reach out, examples of our work, and links to learn more. By reducing repeated content and unnecessary visuals, and using Compeer’s teal and green palette consistently, I created a simpler, more actionable experience.

Insight Videos
The Small Client Pilot explored how small agricultural lending clients experienced an Inside Sales-led model, from their first interaction through the relationship after closing. Ahead of the stakeholder workshop, we created a three-part video series to bring the research to life through clients’ own words.
What I did
Helped brainstorm the series structure and the story each video would tell
Explored platform and sharing options for reaching stakeholders
Edited all three videos, pairing client interview clips with key research insights
Organized the series around three themes: the Inside Sales experience, moving beyond closing, and relationship ownership after closing
Supported the communication and sending process
The videos gave stakeholders an engaging introduction to the research before the workshop, creating shared context for the conversations and opportunities that followed.
